His own journey shaped his commitment; once an ordinary kid who faced numerous struggles and was told he wasn’t good enough to play college baseball, Alan transformed into an Olympian with the unwavering support of his father—who, despite never playing the sport, dedicated 15 minutes each day to practice in their backyard.

Alan’s mission is to empower ordinary parents (like his dad) with the knowledge and tools to help their children become better hitters in just 15 minutes a day.
